Jared I. Gass

Jared joined Gass Law in 2009. Since then he’s represented numerous clients in a variety of legal matters. His aggressive advocacy has proven invaluable time and time again. When most young attorneys are stuck doing research, Jared has been in the courtroom, on the front lines of both civil litigation and criminal proceedings.

Jared grew up in De Smet and attended South Dakota State University from 1999-2004 where he earned a B.S. in civil engineering while also playing on the men’s basketball team. After earning his undergraduate degree, Jared worked in Elk Point, SD as a civil engineer in training before going back to law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.

Jared and his family currently live in Brookings, and are happy to be back home in South Dakota – even during the winter. In his free time Jared enjoys spending time with his family and working out.

Jared works primarily out of our Brookings office.
